Airily CDL is designed as a self-study tool to help users prepare for the Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) exams and related tests in the United States. The content is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not guarantee the passing of any official exam.
2. User Eligibility
To use this App, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App—including texts, graphics, logos, audio, videos, and design—is the property of ONTEACHER L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5. User Conduct
